Bedtime here! I have tomorrow's lunches all packed up and ready to go. I have a week's worth of meals planned out and the list hung on the fridge. We are waking up on schedule tomorrow and schooling, Lord willing. I feel happy already! Now, if only the stomach virus that hit two people at church today doesn't catch us. EEK!
Breakfast was quick - a Fiber One bar, a banana, and 2 turkey links.
6 points+.
Lunch needed an extra hour after getting home from church. I was feeling super hungry, so I grabbed a snack.
2 points+.
Lunch was Creamy Italian Chicken (in my recipe tab) - 3 oz of shredded chicken, 1/2 cup Knorr Creamy Chicken rice, green beans in olive oil, and "gravy" over the chicken and rice. I made some RF crescent rolls, but they expired last week. They didn't rise and had a weird taste. We didn't eat them.
10 points+.
On the way out the door tonight, I grabbed 6 shrimp and a cutie.
2 points+.
After church, I had 2 Smart Ones burgers with ketchup and pickles, 28 grams Baked Ruffles, and a bowl of mixed fruit in 100% juice.
13 points+.
In a nutshell: I ate 33 points+ today, which is my exact daily target. I am very happy about that. I have tomorrow all planned out. Prepacking our lunches is really helping me stay focused and not decide on having the hubby bring home fast food for lunch because I don't want to deal with the time or mess of lunch! So far, I am still doing just fine with my Diet Dr. Pepper, by the way. Every time I think I'm ready to start incorporating my walking DVDs, my right knee will have a slip and make me fear a full dislocation. This is getting old. I can definitely tell it is way better than 2 or 3 weeks ago, though. It's something I've dealt with my whole life, so at some point I'm just going to have to give my DVDs another chance and see what happens. Scary for me, though! Back to the normal routines tomorrow. Hope you had a nice weekend!
oooh you had me at shrimp

Well done on staying on target! I always find it difficult to eat clean on weekends, especially during winter months. Hello comfort foods!
